Step 1: Go to the Client Area
Visit the Hexazn website and click Client Area from the top-right corner.
This will take you to the Hexazn client login page.
Step 2: Create Your Account
If you already have an account, simply log in.
If you are a new customer, you can:
- Click Create an Account, or
- Use Sign in with Google for a quicker registration process.
For this guide, we will use the Create an Account option.
Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
Fill in the required information, including:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Billing Address
- City and Country
- Password and Confirm Password
You can also use Generate Password to create a strong password automatically.
After filling in the information:
- Complete the I’m not a robot verification.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- Click Register.
You can also use Sign in with Google if you prefer a faster signup process.
Step 4: Access Your Client Dashboard
After successful registration, you will be taken to your Hexazn Client Area Dashboard.
If you see an email verification notice, check your email inbox and click the verification link to verify your account.
From the dashboard, you can manage your:
- Hosting services
- Domains
- Invoices
- Support tickets
- Account information
Step 5: Choose Web Hosting
Go back to the Hexazn website.
Move your mouse over Hosting in the main menu and select:
Web Hosting (BDIX)
This will open the available web hosting packages.
Step 6: Select a Hosting Plan
Choose the hosting package that best matches your requirements.
For example, you may see plans such as:
- Starter
- Premium
- Ultimate
Check the storage, RAM, CPU, number of websites, email accounts, bandwidth, and other features included with each package.
Once you have selected a plan, click Get Started.
Step 7: Choose Your Domain
Now you need to choose how you want to use a domain with your hosting account.
You will normally see three options:
Option 1: Register a New Domain
Choose Register a new domain if you do not already own a domain.
Enter your preferred domain name, select an extension such as .com, and click Check to see whether the domain is available.
Option 2: Transfer Your Existing Domain
Choose Transfer your domain from another registrar if you already own a domain somewhere else and want to transfer it to Hexazn.
Enter your domain name and continue with the transfer process.
Option 3: Use Your Existing Domain
Choose I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers if you already have a domain and only want to connect it to your new Hexazn hosting account.
Enter your existing domain name and click Use.
Step 8: Configure Your Hosting Package
After selecting your domain option, configure your hosting package.
Choose your preferred Billing Period, such as:
- 1 Month
- 3 Months
- 6 Months
- 1 Year
- 2 Years
You may also need to select the available Server Location.
Check the order summary carefully and click Continue.
Step 9: Review Your Order and Apply the Promo Code
You will now see the Review & Checkout page.
Check your selected hosting package, domain, billing cycle, and total price.
If the promotional code HOSTING30 is available for your selected package, enter:
HOSTING30
Then click Validate Code.
After the discount is applied, click Checkout.
Step 10: Complete the Checkout
On the final checkout page:
- Confirm your account and billing information.
- Complete the I’m not a robot verification.
- Select your preferred Payment Method.
- Add any additional notes if necessary.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- Click Complete Order.
Done.
Your web hosting order has now been submitted.
After successful payment and activation, you can manage your hosting service directly from your Hexazn Client Area.
